A newborn baby boy was found in a dumpster outside a Texas taco shop. Heart-stopping video filmed Sunday and obtained by ABC13 shows officials responding to the scene behind an apartment complex in southwest Houston. EMS are seen wrapping the baby in a blanket by the dumpster filled with trash after finding him inside a bag. Thankfully, he survived his horrific ordeal. A passerby called 911 after hearing the baby crying.
