While dozing for 30 to 40 minutes can boost concentration, research showed anything over 60 minutes can also increase the danger of type 2 diabetes or even premature death. A poll of 2,000 adults found 41 per cent relax their routines during the colder months, or even give it up entirely. And 59 per cent of those who do groom take shortcuts such as only shaving legs up to the knees.
